Return & Exchange Period
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and cases must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions once approved.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send the item back as per the provided instructions.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact lenses and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or prescription eyewear

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
